I currently have 2 businesses and love my involvement in both.  I am a certified nutritionist (www.lifeenergyconsulting.com) working with individuals and families to help them enjoy a healthier life.  I also run a hat business with my life time friend (Sheena) called PONE Activewear (www.poneactivewear.com).  We make, market and sell winter hats for guys and gals with long hair that have a ponytail hole in the back.  (www.ponytailhat.com).  It's a fun business and we have had the wonderful opportunity to meet and inspire hundreds of people!

Most of my days are spent loving on my four precious boys.  I love spending time with them and playing together.  They remind me of the good things in life!
